Terms of Service

Last updated June 27, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TagData (the “Service”), operated by TagData, LLC (“TagData,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

TagData is a secure personal-information vault that helps you organize and store your data across the dimensions of your life. We may update, improve, or change features of the Service over time.

Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to form a binding contract, to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.

Your account

You are responsible for the information you provide, for activity that occurs under your account, and for keeping your credentials secure. We offer two-factor authentication, and we strongly encourage you to keep it enabled. Notify us promptly at support@tagdata.co if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Among other things, you will not:

  • break the law or infringe the rights of others;
  • upload content you do not have the right to store or share;
  • attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that are not yours;
  • interfere with, disrupt, or probe the Service or its security; or
  • use the Service to send unsolicited or harmful communications.

Your content and data

The information you store in TagData is yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that information so we can operate the Service for you, and to create backups. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of what you store. You may export or delete your data as described in the Service and our Privacy Policy.

Plans, billing, and cancellation

TagData offers a free Basic plan and a paid Premium plan. Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle shown at checkout (for example, monthly or yearly) and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices on a prospective basis with notice.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you turn on text-message verification codes, we send one-time codes by text to help secure your account, for example, when you sign in with two-factor authentication or add a phone number. You enroll by entering your mobile number and choosing to receive codes by text in your account security settings. Text codes are optional; email and an authenticator app are also available, and agreeing to texts is not a condition of using TagData.

Carrier disclosure

Message frequency varies based on your sign-in and account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text codes, or HELP for help; you can also turn text codes off in your account settings. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described there.

Third-party services

The Service may rely on or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TagData, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms here with a new effective date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
